Hours: Based on 37.5hrs per week - Monday to Sunday between 7am and 11pm

You will be a proud brand ambassador, taking inbound calls from new and existing customers, booking flights, assisting in any queries and engaging with our Flying Club (frequent flyer) members.
Your passion in delivering the best will ensure success and satisfaction in offering our customers irresistible, effortless and memorable experiences, providing advice and guidance to help them find the right product that best suits their needs. Maximising revenue at every opportunity will naturally flow - we listen to our customers and their needs so no hard sales required.
Deeply motivated by customer care and a genuine interest in travel we look to our dedicated team to make friends with our customers, letting their personality shine through in order to make outstanding connections. We challenge the norm and empower you to be you, no scripts for us. Our people are naturally gifted in engagement.
