In a nutshell

As the HR MI Analyst you will be required to work with the People team and business stakeholders to create and deliver meaningful people data metrics and insights. These outputs will help influence business decision making as well as identifying areas of opportunity and construct driven solutions for relevant stakeholders.This role is an exciting opportunity to really drive forward our people MI/data/insights capabilities, and will be a key enabler both within the People team and across the wider business.

Day to day

Create relevant, engaging tools, dashboards and reporting routines to deliver timely, actionable insight into current people performance.
 
Manipulate and connect large, complex sets of data across the People function in order to provide insights and trends into what the data is informing us.
 
Make connections between data sets and identify opportunities for solutions, People interventions and continuous improvement.
 
Manipulate and analyse data to provide alternative scenarios and models based on team requirements.
 
Manage the production of ad-hoc reports and generate specific project reports/presentations (monthly/quarterly).
 
Educate the wider People team on insights, data capabilities and ‘professional interest’.
 
Provide and present key business insight and data commentary to a range of customers.

About you

With previous experience in an analytical role you'll have considerable experience of creating and using data across a range of sources to drive informed decision-making, as well as a demonstrable record of presenting credible insights and corresponding recommendations for People interventions and solutions.
 
The challenge is an open door, with the freedom to explore the People data landscape, current business needs and drivers, and existing opportunities to improve insights. You'll possess a value-adding mindset, excellent data manipulation skills and a real desire to work with stakeholders within and beyond the People function.
 
You'll be experienced at creating a wide range of tools and reports for stakeholders, packaging what is currently unknown into insightful, useable dashboards, reporting and presentations. You'll have outstanding communication skills and the ability to distil highly technical information into meaningful, engaging statements, options and ideas for both technical and non-technical audiences.
