Salary: Starting salary of £15,952 rising to £16,822  (upon successful completion of probation), plus shift pay & excellent benefits ** shift pay subject to change

Contract: Full time - Permanent- Course date 4th February 2019 and Talent Holding Pool available

Hours: Based on 37.5hrs per week - Monday to Sunday between 7.00am and 11.00pm

Location: Swansea City Centre, Wales

Closing date: (re-opened) 31st January 2019

Course dates: We currently have spaces on our course running 4th Feb 2019 + Talent Pool

You will be a proud brand ambassador, taking inbound calls from new and existing customers, booking flights, assisting in any queries and engaging with our Flying Club (frequent flyer) members.


Your passion in delivering the best will ensure success and satisfaction in offering our customers irresistible, effortless and memorable experiences, providing advice and guidance to help them find the right product that best suits their needs. Maximising revenue at every opportunity will naturally flow - we listen to our customers and their needs so no hard sales required.


Deeply motivated by customer care and a genuine interest in travel we look to our dedicated team to make friends with our customers, letting their personality shine through in order to make outstanding connections. We challenge the norm and empower you to be you, no scripts for us. Our people are naturally gifted in engagement.


Seeking both Sales team and Service team members. It will be your responsibility to make every customer feel valued and individual to us, Do you fancy providing the personal and engaging experience that Virgin Atlantic's customers have come to love?

About you

Virgin Atlantic customers call us from around the globe, so we operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

You are:

  • Prepared to work between the hours of 7am and 11pm, between Monday and Sunday (please give consideration to shifts before applying)
  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
  • A natural communicator – adapting your style to each customer
  • IT confident and competent
  • Confident and can-do, with a natural ability to deliver an excellent customer experience from start to finish
