Triaging new management referrals.
Clinically case managing a variety of clients working in different roles across the airline function.
Producing management reports giving recommendations to enable clients to remain or return to work.
Liaising with Managers, employees, and other business areas as required to advise on health related queries.
Answering specific medical enquiries as part of our ‘fit to fly’ service for our crew.
Vaccinating our crew and business travellers within our in-house travel clinic.
Delivering health advice and presenting to our new crew in order to keep them healthy and happy.
Providing health surveillance to our Engineers.
Carrying out regulatory medicals for our crew and pilots as required.
To act as an ambassador for health and wellbeing and take our wellbeing strategy out to the business.
We are looking for someone ideally NMC registered on Parts 1 and 3 (SCPHN-OH) or an equivalent level of qualification with demonstrable experience within OH. To apply for this role you’ll be people person with validated experience in comprehensive report writing, excellent communication and service delivery skills, with the ability to prioritise challenging workloads all within a framework of clinical governance.
You will be confident and competent in all aspects of OH practice and have significant knowledge of occupational health as a discipline. Computer literate in Word, Excel, and Powerpoint you'll have the confidence to present to large groups as necessary.
