As the Analyst - Engineering Performance & Reporting, you will deliver high quality reporting, analysis and insights into the Virgin Atlantic (VAA) Engineering business through development of a good set of reports and dashboards.
You will be responsible for ensuring the daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports are delivered to the business in a timely manner, whilst providing recommendations to improve business performance.
Build and deliver high quality reports and dashboards for VAA Engineering & Maintenance using tools provided.
You will hold a college diploma / University degree in Engineering, Math’s, Operational Research (or equivalent), ideally with good working knowledge of the airline/aviation industry. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you will be able to work in a team and to influence peers and managers. You will have experience working with large sets of complex data and drawing clear insights for recommendation. You will have experience of writing SQL queries to extract data and use Excel, PowerBI or Tableau to visualise the output.
