particular focus on the ongoing change and working environment programme.
Ensure the effectiveness of internal
comms is measured and assessed through built-in engagement measurements.
Provide a ‘consultancy’ service for
senior management in their operational divisions, working with them to develop
creative and effective communication solutions.
Develop company wide and divisional
communication channels, co-ordinate content and frequency of delivery
rolling internal communications content calendar in collaboration with other
departments and functions across Virgin Holidays.
Oversee the maintenance of the key
internal information sources used by the business with timely, engaging and

Working closely with the
Communications Channels team and the V-Hols leaders / managers, help to
develop, deliver, embed and maintain a new suite of internal comms tools
designed to drive and maintain high levels of staff engagement across the
business including a new intranet, new digital staff magazine and social

the MD/senior management team on the creation of the presentation deck and
having overall responsibility for the smooth delivery of the sessions,
