The successful candidate will act as a strategic partner and adviser to the Finance, Technology and People Executive teams and their direct reports. You’ll develop and implement appropriate people strategies and organisational structures in order to achieve the respective divisional corporate objectives.
Additionally this role will involve delivery of complex projects and HR initiatives.
Work as a strategic partner to SVPs of Technology, Finance and People and their direct reports to assess the needs of the divisional area and drive the People Plan, in line with the People Strategy and divisional objectives.
Drive influence, advise and support the cultural and people aspects of organisational change, structure, people process and business improvement initiatives, to improve organisational effectiveness and efficiency.
Provide HR technical expertise and advice in the moment and challenge and influence where appropriate to ensure the best plans and solutions are implemented for the benefits of the company, customer and employee.
Build and maintain excellent stakeholder relationships across all levels of the organisation based on trust, respect and mutual understanding.
Develop and deliver robust people strategies that drive increased engagement and retain and develop our Talent.
Challenge ROI on any organisational changes and contribute to the development of flexible and innovative business and people solutions.
Coach leaders to lead change effectively and enable the business to achieve efficient and effective structures.Lead and project manage key people initiatives and change programmes that benefit the organisation and are successfully implemented to agreed timeline and budget
You’ll be educated to degree/MA level /CIPD or equivalent and have strong commercial awareness and HR technical expertise in all disciplines (ER, Talent, Recruitment, Reward). You'll have significant depth and breadth of working as a strategic HRBP within a large and complex organisation, with a proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders.
You’ll have the capability to understand complex business functions quickly and to diagnose the needs rather than the wants to deliver appropriate People plans. You’ll possess a high level of drive and work with pace and resilience responding quickly in often challenging situations to offer expert and appropriate advice in the moment. You’ll have excellent communication skills with proven experience of coaching senior leaders (Directors, General Managers) including leadership capability.
With the ability to lead by example in challenging situations you’ll think objectively and strategically to build organisational effectiveness. If you also have excellent organisational and prioritisation skills with proven experience of managing and implementing complex projects and strategic change initiatives, we would like to hear from you.You must be available to start in the role at short notice.
