In a nutshell

In this exciting role you will be accountable for interpreting global partner requirements and agreeing objectives, initiating dedicated briefs when necessary and overseeing creative outputs through the design stages to final production. As part of this role you'll recruit expert freelancers and Tier 2 agencies to compliment the internal resources, and thereafter to devise the brief; project-manage the execution and measure the impact.

Day to day

Recognise skills and plans effectively to assign resource to projects.
 
Evaluating partner objectives and prioritising studio workload in line with business objectives and customer focus.
 
Partner with core business areas (notably B2B and B2C Marketing, CRM, Customer Experience, Airports and Internal Comms) to plan and design activity in order to meet partner objectives.
 
Project manage the overall creative direction and outputs to ensure they meet the client needs, whilst delivering against the over-arching creative strategy.
 
Working closely with key partners at every level, to develop an in-depth understanding of the audience needs and commercial priorities. You will then translate those priorities into integrated briefs for execution within the internal creative team (re-position and re-frame the briefs as required to ensure you achieve the desired outputs).
 
Co-create with partners the main objectives for each brief, ensuring the results are measurable and contribute to: cost avoidance with Tier 1 agencies, profit growth through effective activation and/or brand equity growth as measured by Millward Brown.
 
Define and approve project budgets against the overall Creative Design portfolio, ensuring you maintain the departmental production budget. Identify and implement cost control measures to ensure project spend is controlled and appropriate value is delivered against identified project objectives.
 
You will be accountable for the selection, contract and management of external suppliers when appropriate, ensuring outputs are delivered to agreed specification.
 
Apply consistent practices to ensure high quality and effective results.

About you

Do you have a proven track record leading marketing and creative delivery for a top-tier consumer facing brand? Have you gained significant experience leading cross-functional teams and managing projects worth in excess of £1m? Are you degree educated or equivalent, ideally underpinned by relevant professional qualifications? Then you could be who we're looking for.
 
With a critical creative eye coupled with a proven commitment to self-directed learning, you will ensure brand standards are continuously raised. As a values-led leader, you will have significant experience coaching internal resources and working collaboratively to deliver a culture of continuous optimization.
 
You will be an expert communicator and negotiator who is capable of building relationships both internally and externally with ease. Using your Strong commercial acumen and numerical skills, you will enjoy making data-driven decisions that create a clear understanding of how to drive our brand equity and value.
