As part of the Refunds and Chargebacks team, you will be accountable for the protection and recovery of revenue through multiple channels within the Revenue Accounts Department. You'll regularly engage with off-shore suppliers to ensure that all transactions are processed accurately and timely, whilst ensuring that revenue integrity is maintained.
You will be the dealing with our customers, both by phone and email, providing outstanding service ensuring that you provide a timely and accurate resolution to all queries in an efficient and articulate way. There will also be a requirement to report and deliver specified departmental KPIs.
Revenue Protection & Integrity
You will protect and recover revenue across multiple channels within the department. This will include ensuring all transactions are processed correctly, adhering to any company policies, as well as recovering any revenue lost incorrectly.
Identifying and instigating change for the protection and integrity of revenue based on business acumen and analysis
Liaising with off-shore supplier(s) regularly to ensure the timely processing of transactions within agreed SLAs. Providing updates to procedures or policy changes made by Virgin Atlantic to minimalize impact of processing.
You will work closely with the off-shore supplier, interacting with them by both email and phone, to ensure the department KPIs are met.
Reporting & Business Support
Supporting the Revenue Accounts Management team by reporting on specific Workstream KPIs as well as Departmental KPIs. This will require a full understanding of the KPIs and the impact of success and failure of the team to the business.
You will support other areas of the business through regular communication and frequent reporting.
