Playing a pivotal role in the successful delivery of our
strategy your key accountabilities will
fall into the following areas:
Lead new product development from vision to delivery: You will translate visions into products and representing In-flight Services for any activity related to product development.
Design and implement robust product development plans: You will ensure appropriate phasing and transitioning of stock levels, you'll formulate smooth and timely product launches. Ensuring minimal obsolescence write off costs and distributions charges.
Sustainability: You'll undertake due diligence to ensure that the suppliers and factories are aligned with required ethical and environmental policies.
Work with the Equipment & Logistics Manager: You will handle the performance of all supply-chain suppliers, protecting our commercial interests at every opportunity.
Safety: You'll ensure the delivery of a safe and secure operation in terms of security, food safety and all aspects of supplier activity.
Ensure access to the widest range of products: You will lead the interaction between our Design and Development teams and the equipment supply community.
