The Head of Marketing & Communications, N. America is responsible for developing and implementing the N. America marketing strategy to grow the VAA brand, drive NPS, support the JV and achieve online revenue goals of approx. $240m. Leads and integrates a diverse team of specialists with multiple central stakeholders across the business (Marketing, E-Business, Flying Club/Ancillaries, Sales Planning & Distribution, PR Communications). Supports Commercial Mgr, Caribbean on marketing activity. Works with Delta at a senior level on USA JV strategy across Delta Marketing, B2B & Online Distribution.
