Representing Virgin Atlantic’s design requirements with range of internationally talented project designers and architects, you’ll be responsible for the future of Virgin Atlantic’s passenger facing designs within airport terminals.
You must create the right space for our passengers by managing and designing alongside design or architectural consultancies. You’ll also be responsible for budgets, time, professional and contractor team management, legal and health & safety approval. These need to be achieved both on an individual project basis and across projects to ensure we make the best decisions. You’ll be responsible for the planning and co-ordination of global design and construction projects ensuring the end product allows service consistency meeting the overall project brief.
To succeed, you’re going to need a degree in design, and worked in either an architectural or interior design company. Naturally, you’ll have run projects from initial design concept through to completion, ensuring successful design and commercial decisions were made. You must have some experience of managing professional staff, and prior experience of working with airport authorities will be an advantage.
