Reporting to the Head of Reward, your primary focus will be on leading an end to end review of our corporate benefits offering across both Virgin Atlantic and Virgin Holidays. Working in partnership with suppliers you’ll project manage all phases of this review from design through to implementation.
As a senior member of the
reward team you will also take the lead
on the programme management of other reward initiatives in support of the wider
plan for 2018, for example the expansion of our Pay for performance philosophy.
Work alongside our benefits partners to capture feedback to support the review.
Deliver analysis and make recommendations to our Executive team for the benefit review in line with project objectives.
