Working in partnership with suppliers you’ll project manage all phases of this review from design through to implementation.

As a senior member of the reward team you will also take the lead on the programme management of other reward initiatives in support of the wider plan for 2018, for example the expansion of our Pay for performance philosophy.

Day to day

Work alongside our benefits partners to capture feedback to support the review.

Deliver analysis and make recommendations to our Executive team for the benefit review in line with project objectives.

Lead the Procurement process in support of the online platform of choice.

Work with our internal systems & technology teams to project manage the integration to systems and process.

Manage the change programme across the business ensuring clear communication & consultation plans in place with the relevant working groups.

Create and deliver business readiness plan for changes including leader education, Intranet toolkits, and committee engagement.

About you

With proven experience at a senior level of responsibility, you’ll be expert at delivering complex business change with detailed knowledge across a full range of reward such as benefits, pay and incentives. You will need to be highly numerate and adept at modelling pay and benefit scenarios as well as being proficient with Excel and modelling tools. You’ll be delivery focussed and naturally take an organised and structured approach to your work with the ability to manage several large scale projects concurrently in a fast paced and sometimes challenging environment.

With your strong leadership skills you’ll have the ability to challenge and influence at senior levels throughout the organisation, driving change effectively and achieving buy in. You will be able to quickly build relationships across a variety of stakeholders balancing the needs of stakeholders with the objectives of the projects.

If you are commercially savvy with a passion for leading change in order to get the right outcome for the business and our people, we would love to hear from you.
