Maintain, to the highest standard, personal knowledge of leadership development, talent assessment and development theories and methodologies in order to develop and build our talent pipeline across Virgin Atlantic Airways and Virgin Holidays. This includes knowledge in the latest thinking on adult learning theories and evaluation methods
Maintain links with the resourcing team to ensure alignment of thinking on talent attraction and development
Diagnose, design and deliver industry leading leadership and talent development solutions that meet individual and business needs, using a range of tools and techniques, including social and online learning
Manage and continue to evolve the portfolio of leadership development programmes across the business, including our Emerging Leaders Programme and Executive Development Programme
Selection and Management of external suppliers, educational establishments, and awarding bodies where necessary to support development programmes
High level of Facilitation and training of learning, delivering up to VP, Head of / Senior Manager
Coach leaders up to Senior manager level in relation to leadership development
Maximise the use of our Learning Management System both personally, as a role model for others and to enhance the learning of others
Proactively support the Training Design and Delivery teams through sharing knowledge and coaching to enable industry leading training to be delivered at all levels and point of the employee journey
Evaluation of learning against individual and business objectives to continuously improve the leadership development offering and ensure all development programmes add value
