In this role, you will be accountable for helping shape and manage the delivery of all aspects of Virgin Atlanticís attraction programme. This includes identifying quality direct customers, acquiring members into our loyalty programme Flying Club and growing our credit card attraction and retail spend for the UK market. Youíll do all of this by defining, developing and delivering multi-channel, data driven marketing activity to meet attraction and onboarding business goals.
Working within the CRM Management team, you will work closely with the Senior Manager CRM & Analytics to develop the attraction and onboarding strategy which supports our Plan to Win.
