As a Reward Analyst you'll be accountable for delivering an analysis service to the reward team and other colleagues within the People Department. You will be responsible for the delivery of the reward BAU processes and for reward project delivery in support of the wider plan. This role focusses on analysis, insight and project delivery.

Day to day

Provide analysis and insight on reward scenarios, build models and plans to help inform better decision making from the reward team (for example modelling pay talks, bonus, legislative changes, PRP, shift pay rate changes, living wage analysis etc).

Manipulate and connect large, complex sets of reward data using internal and external benchmarks and present clear recommendations to the business.

Deliver core (BAU) elements of reward plan including but not limited to support & analysis of benefits program, support in renewal of key benefits (e.g. Income Protection & Private Medical), benchmarking services, management of international assignees etc.

Deliver reward project work to include change in benefits provider; business projects and changes to pay & allowances.

About you

The type of person we are looking for will be degree educated (or equivalent) with excellent Excel and modelling skills. You'll have a passion for working in reward and experience of working through the Reward process, with good core knowledge of all aspects of Reward including pay & benefits and associated administration.

You'll be familiar with using Oracle including extracting information/data and will have working knowledge of business objects and equivalent reporting tools.
